Forum Human Capital Indonesia (FHCI) berawal dari Rapat Koordinasi pembinaan SDM Kementerian Negara BUMN dengan para Direktur SDM BUMN di Inna Putri Bali, Nusa Dua, pada tanggal 12-14 November 2006. Rapat Koordinasi ini dilaksanakan dengan mengangkat tema “SDM Sebagai Penentu Daya Saing Indonesia” yang dihadiri oleh 115 BUMN, dan dipimpin oleh Bapak Aries Mufie. Dalam Rapat Koordinasi ini, Bapak Said DLdX (Sesmen BUMN) turut mengajak para Pengelola SDM di lingkungan BUMN untuk bersama-sama mengawal proses tranformasi BUMN.
Di akhir acara tersebut, Bapak Ahmad Purwono (Direktur SDM Jasa Marga) mengusulkan dibentuknya suatu wadah silaturahmi bagi para Direktur SDM agar dapat bersama-sama membantu memikirkan solusi terbaik untuk pengelolaan SDM BUMN melalui sharing & best practice. Hal ini disambut baik oleh seluruh peserta, yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan kesepakatan berkomitmen untuk membentuk asosiasi/forum komunikasi yang solid.
Hingga saat ini, FHCI telah secara konsisten membina komunikasi antara Pengelola Human Capital di kalangan BUMN dan menghasilkan rekomendasi kepada Kementerian BUMN dalam rangka menciptakan Human Capital Indonesia yang berdaya saing global.

ChairmanMr. Herdy Rosadi Harman has been Director of Human Capital Management at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk since December 19, 2014. He holds Bachelors Degree of Law from University of Padjadjaran, Bandung, MBA from the Asian Institute of Management Philippines-Institute Management Bandung and Master of Law (LLM) from American University, Washington DC, USA

Wing Antariksa
Secretary GeneralMr. Wing Antariksa has been Director of Human Resources and General Affairs at ASDP Indonesia Ferry since April 2017. He graduated from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, International Relations Department, Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, in 1998. He is known as an HR practitioner with 15 years experience in various global, multinational, and local organisations

Yohanes Nanang Marjianto
Deputy of Secretary GeneralHas been the HR Director of PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia since 2018. He was Finance Director & Commissioner of PT Rajawali Nusindo, Finance and Human Resource Director of PDAM Klaten, Expert Consultant at Komisi VI DPR RI, PT Semen Indonesia Tbk and UNICEF Consultant.

Nilawaty Djuanda
TreasurerMrs. Nilawaty Djuanda has been a Finance Director of PT INTI (Persero) since March 18, 2014. She graduated from Accounting of Padjadjaran University in 1984 and Magister Management of Bandung Management High School in 2004. She had an experience in the telecommunications world for more than 31 years.

Sofyan Rohidi
Executive DirectorMr. Sofyan Rohidi had more than 33 years of experience in PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, since 1982. He has long been in the field of human capital before finally becoming VP Human Policy of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Now appointed as Executive Director of FHCI, other than as HCM Speaker & Consultant.

Agung Yunanto
Coordinator of Event & Benchmark ManagementMr. Agung Yunanto has been Director of HR & Legal Director at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk since April 3, 2017. Completed as Bachelor at the ITB and the Master of Management at IMI and Monash University. He joined WIKA in 1994, and served as General Manager of Human Capital Department at WIKA.

Coordinator of HCIS & People AnalyticsMr. Kushartanto Koeswiranto has been Director of Human Resources Management at Pertamina (Persero) Tbk since August 29, 2018. He completed S1 (Bachelor degree) in Economics from University of Diponegoro and Master degree in Business Administration from IPMI.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Economics at Trisakti University – Jakarta in 1990, Masters in Management at Postgraduate University – Jakarta in 1998, Doctor of Business Management at the University of Padjadjaran in 2009.
